Key Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed therapists and therapy assistants in providing high-quality patient care
  • Transport patients safely and efficiently
  • Set up and clean up patient and equipment areas
  • Perform daily cleaning of treatment areas and equipment
  • Report patient concerns or issues to the Director of Rehabilitation and/or supervising therapist
  • Obtain basic medical information, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation levels
Requirements
  • Prior training in a medical setting is required
  • One year's experience in long-term care or a related setting is preferred
