Overview:

As a Rehabilitative Specialist, you will deliver essential Physical Therapy Services to patients referred for care. This includes comprehensive assessments, the formulation of treatment plans, and their execution, along with follow-up and discharge planning.

Your role will encompass active participation in the clinical operations of the department, contributing to program development, departmental efficiency, and performance enhancement initiatives. You will also play a vital role in supervising and coordinating the training programs for Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant students. Furthermore, you will oversee Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, and Volunteers.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or entry-level Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
- Proficiency in all modalities and equipment utilized by Physical Therapists as outlined by relevant regulatory bodies.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the appropriate state board.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
- Successful completion of pre-employment health screenings and annual evaluations is required.
