Job Summary:

CW Resources, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supervising custodial employees, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, and ensuring the overall success of our building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train custodial staff to ensure high-quality cleaning and maintenance services
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our facilities
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with the building management team to address any issues or concerns

Requirements:
