Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health RN. As a Home Health RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in the patient's home, conducting assessments, administering medications, monitoring health, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current and unrestricted CA RN License
  • At least 1 year of RN experience in a direct patient care setting
  • Current AHA CPR certification
  • A valid Driver's License

Compensation

The salary for this role is $130,000 to $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
