Job Summary
We are seeking a physician leader to oversee our established Hospitalist program at Houston Methodist Baytown. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and be Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with a background in Hospital Medicine.
About the Role
The Medical Director will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver high-quality clinical and quality outcomes for the Hospitalist team. This role will also focus on growth and innovation within the program.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Hospitalist program and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and innovation
- Collaborate with the CMO/CQO to deliver high-quality clinical and quality outcomes
- Participate in hospital-based committees as a key member
Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with experience in Hospital Medicine. Our hospital is located in East Harris County, and we strive to bring Medical Center excellence and quality care to the community.
