Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will:

  • Manage incoming calls and address customer inquiries effectively.

  • Work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.

  • Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Process requests for policy changes from customers.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is collected from clients.
  • Complete requests for Evidence of Insurance.
  • Document all customer interactions in the designated system.
  • Greet every customer warmly upon their arrival.
  • Facilitate premium payments from clients.
  • Utilize each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling additional financial products.
  • Verify and update customer contact information during each interaction.
  • Respond to incoming calls promptly.
  • Return all voicemails in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about new products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support insurance clients consistently as needed.
  • Work independently while also collaborating with team members.
