About the Role

Amazing Athletes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Karate Coach to join our team. As a Part-Time Preschool Karate Instructor, you will be responsible for leading our KARATE ZOO program, which focuses on teaching 10 disciplines to children aged 3-6 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging Karate lessons that promote physical and mental development in young children
  • Work with a team of experienced instructors to create a fun and motivating learning environment
  • Collaborate with daycare teachers and directors to ensure seamless integration with existing programs
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and guardians, ensuring their children receive a high-quality learning experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and curriculum
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children aged 6 years old (professional experience preferred)
  • Experience playing sports and/or coaching children is highly desirable
  • Must reside in the South Jacksonville, FL area and have reliable transportation to travel to different locations within the Mandarin/St John's areas
  • Must be at least 20 years of age
  • Ability to pass a clean criminal background check and finger printing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
