We are looking for individuals who can plan and present engaging activities for children, promoting intellectual and creative growth.

As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for developing schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime. You will also establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents, communicating with parents on students' growth and progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Ability to build rapport with children
  • Positive and patient demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School Diploma
  • DCF 45-hours
  • Clean Level 2 background screening/ability to pass a Level 2 background screening
  • National CDA (Lead Teacher required; all other positions this is a plus)
  • Lead VPK instructor emergent literacy certification preferred
