About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our Inpatient Oncology team at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to patients with solid tumors, working collaboratively with renowned RNs and oncologists.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in daily inter-disciplinary rounds to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Coordinate tests and consultations, communicate with referring clinicians and consults, and perform patient education
  • Prepare patients for discharge and ensure a smooth transition to outpatient care

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience in an acute care/inpatient environment (either as RN or APP), with medicine, ICU or oncology experience highly desirable
  • Master's degree in nursing, national certification in advanced practice nursing OR master's degree in physician associate studies, with certification by NCCPA
