Role Overview:

  • In the capacity of Training Lead, you will collaborate with the OCM Lead to develop and implement the training strategy for the Catalyst initiative.
  • Your responsibilities will include designing and creating educational materials tailored for diverse systems and stakeholders involved in this transformation.
  • You will gain insights into new processes and system functionalities as you prepare to deliver a significant training experience.
  • Facilitation of instructor-led training sessions and hands-on workshops in a Train-the-Trainer format for project team members may be required.
  • Support for ongoing OCM activities, including educating the Change Network and assisting with User Acceptance Testing, will also be part of your role.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
  • Minimum of 10 years of overall experience.
  • Experience with SAP systems.
  • At least 5 years of technical training experience with adult learners, including 2+ years of virtual instruction.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective classroom/time management techniques.
  • Experience in onboarding corporate teams to ERP systems.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business and IT teams to plan, design, and deliver training across the project.
  • Experience in coordinating training logistics, such as securing venues, reserving equipment, and scheduling sessions.
  • Capability to create and distribute end-user communications regarding training initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Change Management methodologies.
  • Robust Project Management experience with a practical approach to project coordination.
  • Experience engaging with senior business leaders.
  • A team-oriented professional with strong leadership, influencing, and prioritization skills.
