Vision Care Sales Leadership

The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in driving profitable sales growth through exceptional patient experience. They are responsible for leading the team in a positive and productive environment, setting an exemplary standard of patient care and associate satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Foster a patient-centric retail culture to drive profitable store sales.
- Attain plan sales goals and contribute to year-on-year comp store sales growth.
- Maintain positive comp store contribution through effective leadership and coaching.
- Develop and maintain a team of administratively skilled associates who deliver outstanding patient care experiences.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DOCTORS AND PROMOTE EXAMS AND SALES INITIATIVES.
- Participate in business planning and updates, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction through retention and survey responses.
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and presentations according to standards.
- Ensure high-quality customer service through accurate measurements, correct pricing, and timely delivery.
- Maximize Managed Vision Care relationships and sales opportunities.
- 1 year of optical experience.
- Proven track record of sales growth through sales skills and accountability.
- Ability to train, coach, and develop excellent patient-focused associates.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding experiences during direct patient interaction.
- Proven experience and results in retail or customer service establishments.
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in optical retail operations (minimum 3 years).
