Housekeeping Inspector

StepStone Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to ensure the cleanliness and quality of our guest rooms and public spaces.

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the Housekeeping Office and work with the team to resolve them.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, associates, and vendors to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our hotel's policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
