As a key member of the Housekeeping team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the cleaning of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas meet the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel's quality standards
  • Conduct regular audits of housekeeping supplies and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
  • Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control measures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on best practices in housekeeping and quality control

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and push/pull heavy equipment
