About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Mobilelink. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by being empathetic and understanding of customer needs.
  • Build value by offering tailored solutions to meet each customer's unique needs.
  • Represent Mobilelink and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist store leaders with operational duties and contribute to a positive store environment.
  • Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, attitude, and technical aptitude.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, honesty, and integrity.
  • Background in retail sales is a plus, but not required.
  • At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and navigate software applications.
  • Adherence to company policies and a neat, professional appearance.
