About the Position of Automotive Store Manager

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Store Manager to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Walkertown, NC area. As an Automotive Store Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a retail store location and ensuring maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel and controlling operating costs.

In this role, you will implement and manage sales programs, direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure the timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. You will also communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

As a Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our revolutionary digital dashboard, which allows you to track your personal success and watch your weekly earnings grow as you lead by example to reinforce Mavis's position as the premiere tire and auto service retailer.

To be eligible for this position, you must be at least 18 years of age, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess 1 year of experience in retail store management or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
