FeverUp is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our event spaces, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized event space, including sweeping, vacuuming, waxing, and mopping floors, emptying trash and recycling, and sanitizing restrooms and surfaces.
- Event Support: Assist with event setup and teardown, including moving equipment and supplies as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment and report any issues to management.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and report any discrepancies to management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Requirements:
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills and Experience: Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work, ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment, and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
