Job DescriptionAs an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will:
- Evaluate patients' needs and design personalized treatment plans to promote healing and maximize functional independence
- Document patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide safe, evidence-based interventions
- Maintain accurate records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and adhere to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with support staff, including PTAs, ATCs, and PT aides, to ensure seamless patient care
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy; Doctorate preferred
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state where practicing
- Current CPR certification and knowledge of EMR software
- Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skills
- Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment
