Job Summary

As a Clinical Case Manager at MTR Treatment Corp, you will play a vital role in the therapeutic care of clients struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, you will assist with intake, assessment, treatment planning, and counseling, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting intake and orientation, assessing client needs, and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Providing counseling and case management services, including referrals and report keeping.
  • Facilitating groups and collaborating with the Clinical Director to create a schedule for sessions.
  • Maintaining and reviewing client files, including drug testing facilitation and documentation.
  • Interacting with external entities and individuals, such as CPS, PO's, lawyers, family members, and sponsors, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in AOD treatment.
  • 3 years of experience in the addiction field.
  • 3 years of sobriety (if recovering).
  • LPC or LCDC preferred but not required.
