Position Summary:
The Electrical Engineering Project Manager will play a crucial role in providing engineering support for our operations. This position involves overseeing and managing capital projects from initial scoping to successful implementation, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, budget, and direct electrical capital projects, focusing on power systems, PLCs, drives, and control mechanisms.
- Deliver technical oversight for the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems within the plant.
- Manage power systems engineering, including the implementation of the Arc-Flash Program.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support the management of the Electrical Distribution System, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of plant one-line diagrams.
- Provide troubleshooting support related to operational and maintenance issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with power system modeling software.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
