Clinical Care Nurse

At LanceSoft, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Care LPN/LVN to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to help people achieve better health.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Care LPN/LVN to provide holistic, evidence-based care to our patients. You will work closely with our healthcare team to assess patients, develop care plans, and provide education and treatment for various health conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide accurate assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
- Administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines
- Assess patients during intake and take vital signs
- Perform diagnostic tests, such as EKG and retinopathy screening
- Perform point-of-care testing, including COVID testing
- Order equipment and prepare the clinic for patient care
- Minimum of one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record
- Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform point-of-care testing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED operation
- Pass a FIT test and wear a respirator mask when required
