Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair AC and DC drivers to ensure optimal performance of packaging machinery.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and steam systems to prevent downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Perform daily set-ups, adjustments, and maintenance of bottle packaging machinery to ensure quality and productivity.
- Handle quality changeovers, set-ups, adjustments, repairs, and preventative maintenance for all packaging machinery to meet industry standards.
- Troubleshoot PLC and machine circuit boards to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Assist with Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) for new machines and tooling to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Continuously review machine safety features to ensure optimal performance and prevent accidents.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Extensive experience with fillers and bottling systems to ensure expertise and efficiency.
- Strong focus on maintenance management, problem prevention, and continuous improvement to drive business success.
- Must have own tools to perform maintenance and repairs.
- Basic machinist experience with lathe and mill is a plus to enhance technical skills.
