- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or operations role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs and carry up to 70lbs.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
