CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Eastern Maine Emergency Veterinary Clinic

Hourly compensation ranges from $16-19/hour based on experience and availability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Efficiently answers phone calls in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system.
  • Warmly welcomes clients upon arrival.
  • Organizes and prepares patient files.
  • Handles client correspondence and updates financial records accurately.
  • Responds to client inquiries regarding basic animal care and routine procedures.
  • Accurately admits patients and manages medical record entries.
  • Prepares invoices for services rendered.
  • Processes payment transactions efficiently.
  • Receives and relays messages via telephone, fax, and email promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or Customer Service Representative is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Substantial experience with basic office operations in a busy environment.
  • Must be a team player with a genuine compassion for pets and their owners.
  • Flexible schedule required, with the ability to cover shifts on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
