About the Role:
The Sistersville Center in Sistersville, WV is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. As a strategic driver of business excellence, staff excellence, clinical excellence, and customer excellence, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of care and compassion to our patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor nursing center financial reports and implement corrective action as required.
- Lead, guide, and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
- Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
- Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by the Genesis core values, and are focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents.
- Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
