Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing clinical nutrition expertise to our patients and families.

• Provide nutritional assessments and documentation to ensure efficient and effective care.
• Assess potential nutritional risks and implement appropriate medical nutrition therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with the dining department to ensure nutrition plans are executed effectively.
• Provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and families within care communities.

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
