Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PVH Corp. as a Brand Ambassador for Calvin Klein.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to drive sales and build brand loyalty.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
    • Prioritize delivering an outstanding customer experience, always putting the customer first and seeking feedback to improve.
  • Commitment to Efficiency
    • Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards.
    • Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures.
    • Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.
  • Associate Morale
    • Demonstrate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers, treating them professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
    • Celebrate individuality, inclusion, and partnership, building relationships and seeking feedback for continuous self-development.
    • Embrace innovation, change, and company initiatives, working collaboratively to achieve brand goals and objectives.
    Requirements
    • Prior retail experience preferred.
    • High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
    • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
    • Excellent communication and time management skills.
    • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
