Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering product questions, and recommending solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Answer product questions, provide product information, and make recommendations to customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Build and maintain relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and promotions
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Meet sales goals and objectives, contributing to the success of the store
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages
