We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Psychologist to join our team at Lancaster School District. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support student learning and behavior
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students, as needed
- Assess and address the social-emotional needs of students, including anxiety, depression, and trauma
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach to student support
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid certification or licensure in School Psychology
- Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
