Your Role:
We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will work directly with adults on the autism spectrum, providing essential clinical services that promote healthy and enriched lives. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive support and training in areas including vocation, daily living skills, community integration, communication, social skills, and general wellness.

Requirements:
* Pursuing or obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
* Demonstrated sensitivity in relating to persons of varying backgrounds and ability to work with diverse groups of people possessing various strengths, aptitudes, and abilities.
* Ability to perform job responsibilities with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.
