Job Title: Junior Project Planner

The Junior Project Planner will play a crucial role in supporting Principal Investigators and Project Managers in achieving research project objectives. This position will be part of the Evidence, Policy, and Implementation Center (EPIC) at VA Boston Healthcare System, which aims to build capacity across Veterans Health Administration (VA) research to conduct state-of-the-art implementation science and enhance the real-world impact of research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and draft research protocols, compile and submit grant proposals, and ensure research compliance through IRB and other required documentation.
  • Recruit and consent study participants, schedule research interviews and meetings, conduct qualitative interviews, and manage correspondence among parties.
  • Maintain research databases, conduct literature searches, and review reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, integrate survey and interview data, and summarize findings for written reports and presentations.
Requirements:

This position requires a strong understanding of research principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

This position will work 100% offsite at VA Hospital Boston, requiring a strong ability to work independently and manage remote work effectively.
