POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in our team, focusing on enhancing patient wellness through:
1. Medication synchronization initiatives
2. Optimizing medication therapy management
3. Delivering patient-centered care and assisting in the management of both acute and chronic health conditions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive counseling to patients regarding medication side effects, proper usage, and potential interactions.
- Administer immunizations following established protocols.
- Offer direct clinical services, including patient coaching and medication therapy management.

SCHEDULE
The working hours for our pharmacists are set between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with every third Saturday from 8:45 AM to 1:00 PM. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance, ensuring that working over 40 hours is the exception rather than the norm.
