We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of sales growth through sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to train, coach, and develop excellent patient-focused and sales-oriented associates.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to provide enthusiastic and concise communication to meet/exceed patient expectations.
  • Business Acumen: Proven experience and results with a retail or customer service establishment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in retail operations.
