Location Insight: The area is experiencing rapid growth, particularly in the Columbia Basin, known for its agricultural excellence and expanding job market. The region is attracting new businesses, including manufacturing and distribution centers, bolstered by the presence of major corporations.
Candidate Profile: We seek an individual who is motivated by long-term success and is eager to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
Compensation Structure: This role operates on a 100% commission basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a tech-savvy sales expert with outstanding communication abilities, a positive attitude, and a strong drive for success, aiming for a lucrative income.
- Our sales agents receive specialized training in new home sales and consistently achieve six-figure earnings.
- Recent years have set record sales figures, and the outlook for future sales remains exceptionally promising.
Qualifications:
- A college degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- A minimum of 5 years in a sales role is essential.
- The ability to obtain an Oregon Real Estate license is mandatory.
