Financial Management Analyst

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in creating a financial management strategy to help our clients succeed.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Financial Management Analyst who can easily navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to ensure our client's resources make the most impact. You will work with project management, schedulers, and task leads to build an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Create a financial management strategy to help our clients succeed
  • Work with project management, schedulers, and task leads to build an actionable plan for securing funding
  • Provide analytical support to clients for the development of well-formed requirements
  • Ensure funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with project management and task leads
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with delivering financial management support to a DoD organization
  • Experience with financial analysis in a professional environment
  • Experience developing, monitoring, and providing guidance to leadership for program execution spend plans
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel or Word
  • Ability to create reports that reflect program and project financial execution
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
  • Experience with the Navy
  • Experience with supporting government operations
  • Experience with providing recommendations to defense program managers
  • Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), GFEBS, or DAI
  • Experience executing fund and pulling reports from Navy ERP
  • Experience with Procurement Business Intelligence Service (PBIS)
  • Experience with Navy NEPS and TPS processes
  • Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level I Certification
Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106, annualized USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
