About Momentum Solar:
Founded in 2009, Momentum Solar is a national leader in residential rooftop solar contracting. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality workmanship, as we do not subcontract our installations, ensuring best-in-class cycle times.
Support and Benefits:
As part of our team, you will receive robust support from various departments, including lead procurement, scheduling, operations, design & engineering, permitting, roofing, site assessment, installation, and a referral concierge service. Our training division utilizes cutting-edge technology to foster your development.
Compensation includes:
- $175,000 annual income potential through an uncapped, multi-faceted compensation plan, including base pay, commissions, bonuses, and annual incentives.
- $10,000 sign-on bonus within the first 90 days, with $1,000 earned upon successful completion of Momentum Sales University.
- Up to a $15,000 annual production bonus in addition to existing bonuses.
- A standard 5-day work week, with reduced weekend hours.
