**Job Title:** Tenant Services Technician

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Tenant Services Technician to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional installation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient coordination of moves, reconfigurations, and furniture maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform new hire setups and furniture resets according to established standards.
  • Manage the removal of desk setups for onboarding and termination processes.
  • Support client requests for additional services, including furniture maintenance and repairs.
  • Handle daily work requests, employee onboarding, and ergonomic product installations.
  • Transport inventory from warehouses to client locations.
  • Adhere to client security protocols and maintain confidentiality.
  • Communicate effectively with requestors and update ticketing systems.
  • Utilize supplier's vehicles for service delivery as needed.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

  • Effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Mechanical aptitude and commercial moving experience are a plus.

**Compensation**
