Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, R&D Finance to join our team in Cambridge, MA. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting support to our development functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for R&D projects and initiatives
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage and maintain financial systems and tools to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
