Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Adult Float Pool team at Community Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and policies.
  • Provide expert care and education to patients in clinical settings, acting as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel.
  • Manage patient loads in assigned timelines, utilizing clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current state RN license
  • Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
  • 3-5 years RN experience in one of the Adult Float Pool units
Preferred Qualifications
  • Specialty certification preferred
