Nurse Float Pool Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Adult Float Pool team at Community Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will provide expert care and education to patients in a clinical setting, acting as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care of patients from admission to discharge or transfer.
- Provide expert care and education to patients in clinical settings.
- Act as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel.
- Manage patient loads in assigned timelines.
- Current state RN license.
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire.
- 3-5 years RN experience in one of the Adult Float Pool units.
- Certification preferred.
- Charge experience preferred.
- $6.00 Float differential.
- $5.00 Shift differential.
- $3.50 Weekend premium.
- Charge RN and Certification pay if eligible.
