- Work under the direct supervision of the Practice Coordinator, designee, or provider to support secretarial and nursing staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- High School Diploma or GED required; LPN graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with current NYS licensure preferred.
- Current certification in CPR and strong computer skills required.
- At least one year of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and 3rd party insurance process preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate: $16.70-$27.90/hr.
