We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team at UCHealth. As a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch patient care and delivering exceptional imaging services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and perform various imaging procedures, including radiography and fluoroscopy.
- Review patient history, initiate imaging procedures, and prioritize patient education to ensure mutual understanding and cooperation.
- Safely administer contrast media and monitor patient condition during imaging procedures.
- Implement techniques to yield clarity in images, quality control, and equipment functionality based on established best practices in Radiology.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R). Specialty ARRT certification(s) if required for position.
- State licensure if required by law.
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
