As a representative in the insurance and financial services sector, your expertise in insurance offerings and market dynamics will empower you to engage with clients, discern their requirements, and promote products or services that enhance their value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and present suitable products and services.
- Build and nurture customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving success consistently.
- Collaborate with the agency team to foster lasting customer relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Genuine interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Possession of Property & Casualty Producers License.
- Possession of Life & Health Producers License.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets or quotas is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
