Compensation:
$17 - $19/hr based on experience

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and analyze product specifications and drawings while performing necessary mathematical calculations.
  • Safely utilize shop equipment, including power and hand tools (e.g., chop saws, drill presses, iron workers, punch machines, disc grinders, belt sanders, and hand drills).
  • Examine manufactured items to ensure adherence to product specifications and quality control standards.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while being adaptable to collaborate with others, adjusting to shifting work priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Discuss work orders with shop leads to assess scheduling, raw material, and labor requirements.
  • Verify the accuracy of work order bills of materials to ensure proper cost accounting and inventory valuation.

Qualifications:
  • Consistent and punctual work attendance.
  • A strong work ethic with a commitment to quality in production.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
  • Capability to lift up to 60 lbs. and engage in frequent bending, pushing, and lifting activities.
