The Department of Veterans Affairs is a comprehensive health care system dedicated to providing exceptional medical services to Veterans across the nation. We are seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist with specialized fellowship training in Nuclear Medicine to fulfill a vital role at the Sacramento VA Medical Center. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in both Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, allocating equal time to both disciplines. Key responsibilities encompass the execution and interpretation of imaging across all modalities relevant to these fields.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with minimal on-call duties (approximately one week every 6-7 weeks) from a remote location
- Recruitment Incentive: Available

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident Alien
- Possess a current, unrestricted medical license in any state
- Board eligible or certified in both Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine
- Comply with vaccination requirements for seasonal influenza and COVID-19 as mandated for all Health Care Personnel by the Department of Veterans Affairs
Preferred Qualifications: Board Certification in both Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine is highly desirable.
