Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at McLaren Health Care. As a key member of our Cardiac Cath Lab team, you will be responsible for performing specialized radiographic procedures and general diagnostic procedures as required.
Key Responsibilities- Perform radiographic diagnostic/interventional special procedures by following and verifying referring provider's orders.
- Educate patients and families regarding procedure and/or treatment to be performed.
- Produce high-quality images and prepare/present them with other pertinent patient information for timely interpretation.
- Perform and evaluate equipment quality control measurements.
- Maintain a safe environment for patients, personnel, and visitors.
- Adhere to radiation safety policies.
- Accountable for the ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities related to radiology practice.
- Assure the efficient operation of workflow of the department.
- Successful completion of a Radiologic Technology program.
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist.
- One year related job experience.
- BLS certification.
