Your Impact

As a Credit and Collections Specialist, you will:
  • Contact customers directly regarding past due amounts.
  • Prepare monthly aging reports and reconcile to General Ledger.
  • Produce and issue monthly customer statements.
  • Research payments with missing details to ensure that receivables are accurately recorded.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies, process customer refunds, and review account adjustments.
  • Conduct credit analysis and assess the creditworthiness of customers.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:
  • 1-3 years of experience in collections and client account management.
  • Experience with account reconciliation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and phone etiquette skills.
