Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency and quality
  • Conduct user research, analysis, and testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases expertise in user-centered design
  • Proficiency in modern design tools, including Figma, Sketch, InVision, Principle, and Axure
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or related industries is a plus
