Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Java Engineer to join our software engineering team at Experis, focusing on the development and enhancement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to bolster cybersecurity efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering leads to establish requirements and deliverables, providing essential engineering support to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Work alongside cybersecurity architects and business line architects to advance the strategic IAM architecture.

• Prototype innovative technologies and collaborate with vendors to implement new features and enhancements.

• Engage in analysis, design, development, and testing of solutions, either as part of a team or as an individual contributor.

• Serve in a consulting capacity with business technology partners, offering subject matter expertise for various initiatives.

• Operate with minimal supervision, effectively managing your workload to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in developing and integrating large-scale Java and J2EE applications.

• Strong expertise in designing and developing SOAP/RESTful APIs and Microservices.

• Familiarity with IAM technologies, including digital credentials, digital wallets, OAuth2/OIDC, MFA, FIDO, Single Sign-On, federation, Digital Certificates, and LDAP.

• Ability to create solutions using industry-standard frameworks/platforms such as SpringMVC, NodeJS, React, Angular, etc.

• Experience in developing solutions utilizing cloud services, with a solid understanding of cloud security.

• Proficient in SDLC tools like JIRA, GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Ansible, SOAPUI, Postman, etc.

• Competent in Unix/Linux development environments.

• Knowledgeable in security protocols, cryptography, and HSM.

• Capable of coordinating and supporting large-scale projects, including product upgrades and deployment of new features.

• Proven experience in delivering full lifecycle projects.

• Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot issues, conduct research, and identify solution opportunities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of secure programming practices.

• Experience with IAM platforms such as Ping One, DaVinci, Ping Federate, Ping Access, Okta, ForgeRock.
