Senior Java Developer with Microservices Expertise

Job Summary:

ManpowerGroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our software engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to support cybersecurity initiatives for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering leads to define requirements and deliverables.
  • Partner with cybersecurity architects and lines of business architects to drive strategic IAM architecture.
  • Develop and implement new technologies and work with vendors to implement new capabilities and enhancements.
  • Work with the team or as an individual contributor to perform analysis, design, development, and testing of solutions to meet requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise as needed for various projects.
  • Work under minimal supervision and self-manage workload to ensure delivery of solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and integrating large Java, J2EE applications.
  • Strong skills in design and developing SOAP/RESTful APIs and Micro Services.
  • Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies, including digital credentials, digital wallet, OAuth2/OIDC, MFA, FIDO, Single Sign-On, federation, digital certificates, and LDAP.
  • Ability to provide solutions based on industry-standard frameworks/platforms like SpringMVC, NodeJS, React, Angular, etc.
  • Experience in building solutions using cloud-based services and familiarity with cloud security.
  • Skilled in using SDLC tools such as JIRA, GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Ansible, SOAPUI, Postman, etc.
  • Proficiency in development in Unix/Linux environment.
  • Knowledge in security protocols, cryptography, and HSM.
  • Ability to coordinate and support large and complex projects, including product upgrades and deployment of new capabilities and enhancements.
  • Experience in delivering full-life-cycle projects.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve problems, perform research, and derive solution opportunities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.
