Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at IPEX Group of Companies. As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of mechanical systems used in our production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment through adherence to policies and housekeeping.
  • Check equipment and operating systems for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure mechanical operations, standards, and controls are maintained at the highest quality.
  • Resolve motor, pump, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Show expertise in working with teams and independently.
  • Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment daily.
  • Handle minor and sophisticated heavy industrial equipment.
  • Align with company and customer regulations and policies.
  • Bring and maintain tools for the job.
  • Work all shifts flexibly when job demands.
  • Work independently to complete the job safely and effectively.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalency is desired.
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of electrical experience is a plus.
  • Proficiencies in verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, team working skills, ability to work independently, and multitasking skills.
  • Frequent communication with shift personnel, maintenance team, and management.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
  • Reliable transportation to work.
  • Ability to bring personal tools (basic standard set of tools).
  • Ability to work an on-call schedule.
  • Ability to work night shifts from 9pm to 9am.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
